BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Lei Mee THIEN is currently a Senior Lecturer in School of Educational Studies, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Her areas of expertise are educational management and leadership, school effectiveness studies, partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), and multivariate analysis. She is currently the Program Chairperson of Doctor of Education in the School of Educational Studies, USM.
