BIOGRAPHY
My students described me as "friendly, humble, dedicated and approachable" lecturer. Prior to join a university as an academician, I was with the corporate and private sector, such as bank and MNC companies. My past experience encompasses of marketing and human resource field. Presently, I am an academician, attached to School of Distance Education, USM. I love my career and dealing with my adult students is a valuable & splendid experience.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am an academician in USM. My research interest are management and organizational behavior especially employee development. I have published my works internationally and obtained a H index of 12 and my citation is more than 900.
