BIOGRAPHY
Dayana has a PhD in Communication (Media Studies), and her thesis studied the effects of wearable technology usage. Her expertise includes visual communication, as she holds a Master's degree from Monash University (AU) and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Art & Design (Hons). Her industry experience complements her research in UX, open distance learning, digital communication, and instructional design.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Exploring digital media, education, and cultural studies, focusing on gamification in micro-credentials, the evolution of media and technology, digital audience engagement, UX design ethics, and social media's role in sustainable practices.
