RESEARCH INTERESTS
1) Fabrication and characterization of optoelectronic and electronic devices such as LEDs, Solar cells, Photodetectors, gas sensors, and other sensors based on nanostructures wide band gap semiconductor materials such as GaN, ZnO. 2) Fabrication and characterization of porous semiconductor materials for application in optoelectronic and electronic devices. 3) Fabrication of hybrid organic/nanoparticles/inorganic optoelectronic devices.
