BIOGRAPHY
AP Dr. Hafiz is an established researcher in the field of Biomathematics, Dynamical Systems and Stochastic Agent-Based Modelling. He has (co-)authored more than 100 publications, including research articles in high-impact journals and book chapters. He has also served as a Visiting Associate Professor at Doshisha University, Japan, and has been invited as a keynote and plenary speaker at regional and international conferences.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
His research career is defined by a deep commitment to applying mathematical and computational tools to tackle complex real-world phenomena. His expertise lies in developing deterministic and stochastic models, particularly in ecology, epidemiology and other complex systems. His research often integrates differential equations, bifurcation theory and stochastic process to understand the intricate mechanism governing distinct complex systems.
