BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Hassan's research focuses on cancer and viral immunology, particularly using natural killer (NK) cells for immunotherapy. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham, based in the Cancer Sciences Dennis Howell building, the Institute of Immunology and Immunotherapy, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Her research interests include cancer immunology, viral immunology, and transplant immunology. She has published numerous articles on topics such as acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and the characterisation of adaptive NK cells.
