BIOGRAPHY
Juliana Abdul Wahab specialises in Screen Studies, with a focus on Broadcasting, Television (including streaming TV), Radio and Film. Her earlier research examined television genres, youth audiences and gender representation. Currently, she explores streaming platforms, algorithmic content and audience behaviours in the digital age. She also investigates ideology and discourse in contemporary television news narratives.
