BIOGRAPHY
Choo Chin, Low is a senior lecturer in the History Section, School of Distance Education. She holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne. Her research interests include comparative citizenship, migration and diaspora studies. She currently serves as a country expert for the Global Citizenship Observatory (European University Institute, Italy) and the Global Dynamics of Social Policy (University of Bremen, Germany).
