Research is focused on tumor immunology and immune disorders, integrating computational predictions with wet-lab validations. RESEARCH INTERESTS My group focuses on applying machine learning and deep learning to transcriptomics, proteomics, and imaging datasets of cancers and immune disorders. These computational predictions are followed by wet-lab validations, including cell culture, flow cytometry, and RNA-seq. Our interdisciplinary approach aims to bridge the gap between computational predictions and experimental validations in tumor immunology and immunological disorders.
