This followed both a BSc. in Building Technology (2004) and a MSc. in Building Technology (2005), respectively, from USM. Before joining USM as a lecturer, he worked with PDC Consultancy as a civil and structural engineer, completing numerous successful projects with PDC, PDC Properties, Techware, and a few more civil engineering companies from 2005–2007. RESEARCH INTERESTS He specializes in concrete technology, material performance, thermal behavior & building assessment. His work focuses on optimizing materials for energy efficiency, improving thermal performance, & advancing eco-friendly construction practices.
