BIOGRAPHY
Spanning 35 years in public and private sectors within the built environment field, TS DR Roslan Hj Talib has also been involved in the academic architectural scene at least for 20 years. Starting with Cleveland City Hall Planning Office in Ohio, USA and end-up in the Interior Architecture program in Penang's USM campus, DR Roslan managed to finish his PhD in *building defects* thesis making use of his 15 years of involvement in that subject.
