He has a PhD in Environmental Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), as well as a Master's degree in Social and Environmental Impact Assessment from the same institution. RESEARCH INTERESTS His research interests are in development studies, particularly in the areas of development planning and management, urban community development, project management, well-being, and quality of life. He is now also involved in consulting projects including Social Impact Assessment with private and public entities. He has written numerous publications on his research topics in a variety of magazines and books.
