BIOGRAPHY
Dr Amir Shah Ruddin B Md Sah is a senior lecturer at School of Biological Sciences. He obtained his BSc.App. (Aquatic) and MSc (Biology) from USM in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He graduated PhD from UKM in 2011 in Environmental Sciences. He has almost 20 years of experience in fish biodiversity, aquatic ecology (limnology) and fisheries management.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on freshwater or marine ecology with fish biodiversity, composition and feeding habits. I also involved with several EIA studies as a registered Subject Specialist with Malaysia Department of Environment (DoE) in related fields.
