She holds a Master’s in Gender Studies and a PhD in Development and Social Change, with her research primarily focused on women, politics and lead. Over her career, she has been extensively involved in gender sensitivity and awareness training. RESEARCH INTERESTS Dr. Zaireeni’s research interests center on the intersections of gender, politics, and social change. She is particularly focused on exploring how gender norms and cultural practices shape women’s political participation and leadership, as well as the broader implications of these dynamics for achieving gender equality.
