I specialize in computational biology and bioinformatics, utilizing computer science to solve biological issues. I've applied graph theory to identify 3D RNA motifs and developed tools like NASSAM, COGNAC, and the InterRNA database. Integrating machine learning into my work, I focus on RNA virus analysis and DNA aptamer development. Additionally, I'm captivated by health informatics, particularly in hospital medical systems and big data analysis.
