BIOGRAPHY
Assoc. Prof. Dr Norhafiza Mat Lazim is a consultant ORL-Head & Neck Surgery at School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She had Clinical Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology from Antoni van Leeuwenhoek– Netherland Cancer Institute (AVL-NKI) in 2014 and at VUMC, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Additionally, she had clinical attachment in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology at Chris O'Brien House, Sydney, Australia.
