She holds a degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a PhD in Mass Communication, showcasing her strong academic foundation.

Dr. Miharaini is a skilled researcher with extensive publications in reputable journals and presentations at conferences.
