BIOGRAPHY
Nor Hasliza Md. Saad is a senior lecturer in the Business Analytics and Operations Management Sections of the School of Management (SOM) at the USM. Her research areas are e-commerce, information systems, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, data analytics, text mining, social network analytics, and sentiment and topic modeling. She has worked on various research projects in data analytics from website and social media content.
