BIOGRAPHY
Medical Lecturer and Public Health Medicine Specialist (Epidemiology) at the Department of Community Medicine, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Doctor of Public Health (Epidemiology) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Completed a short course on Principles, Methods, and Applications of Survival Analysis at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interests include Non-Communicable and Communicable Diseases, with a focus on survival modelling and prediction across a range of diseases, particularly cancer. I apply advanced epidemiological and statistical methods to study survival outcomes and have contributed to several cancer survival studies, including the Malaysian Study on Cancer Survival (MySCan)
