BIOGRAPHY
My flagship research has to be around safe commuting among employees. Generally, I am interested in improving the quality of work life at workplaces. I am also involved in research on Occupational Safety and Health Practices that led to the development of a course on Safety and Health Practices for our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. That will improve people's in management for an appreciation for Safety and Health in organisations.
