BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Norfarizan Hanoon Noor Azmi is a senior lecturer in the Nutrition Program at the School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research interests include food analysis and food security; nutrition sciences (nutrient composition and community nutrition); phytochemicals (bioactive compounds of herbal products); traditional and complementary medicine (ethnomedicine, natural products and toxicology)
