An Associate Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, specializing in water resources, hydraulic modelling, and sustainable stormwater management. Holds a PhD from Kyoto University. With over 130 publications, more than 25 research grants, and consultancy projects exceeding USD 1 million, he has received over 100 innovation awards. He also serves as an adjunct and visiting professor at various institutions around the globe.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Specializes in water resources engineering, focusing on hydraulic physical modeling and numerical simulation. His research aims to develop sustainable urban stormwater management solutions, addressing flood control, water quantity and quality challenges. By employing innovative modeling techniques, his work enhances infrastructure resilience and promotes sustainable urban development, with practical applications to global environmental issues.
