BIOGRAPHY
I am Dr. Kok Hwa YU, an academic staff in School of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia. I am grateful to receive my B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2008 and 2011. I then pursued my doctorate and received my PhD from Department of Mechanical Engineering in National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2016.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main field of research is numerical simulation of fluid flow and heat transfer. Flow can be in laminar, transition or turbulent condition. In the past research, numerical scheme has been employed in exploring the fluid flow and heat transfer potential in microchannel and microtube containing augmented surface.
