BIOGRAPHY
TEH Sin Yin is an Associate Professor in Operations & Business Analytics, School of Management, USM, and a certified HRDF and TRIZ instructor. She has led over 30 workshops, published 100+ papers including ISI Q1 journals, and delivered keynotes at international conferences. Dr. Teh has completed projects with Penang state, Motorola, and Sanmina-SCI, secured RM1.6M in research grants, and received best paper and poster awards globally.
