BIOGRAPHY
Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Parvathy Rajendran is a Chartered Engineer specialising in AI-enabled UAV systems and hybrid VTOL design. She has secured over RM2 million in research grants, delivered 35+ national and international consultancy projects, and served as a visiting professor and keynote speaker at multiple international platforms. Her work bridges the fields of aerospace research, industry, and global collaboration.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Parvathy’s research focuses on AI-enabled UAV systems, hybrid VTOL aircraft design, evolutionary path planning algorithms, solar-powered aviation, and autonomous flight control. Her interdisciplinary work integrates advanced CFD, optimization techniques, and control system design for aerospace applications. She is also active in research on UAV traffic management, energy-efficient propulsion, and green aviation technologies.
