He completed his internship at The Northwestern Adelaide Health Services (NWAHS) in 2002, before joining Flinders Medical Centre as a trainee Physician. He completed his Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine in 2010 and completed subspecialty training in Infectious Disease (ID) in 2013. He is currently a Consultant Physician (ID) at Hospital USM.
