BIOGRAPHY
I have always been interested in medical field from a very young age. My passion for learning led me to pursue the medical sciences and become a doctor. I am an experienced Clinical Microbiologist and Medical Lecturer.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
As a clinical Microbiologist, I am particularly interested in molecular virology. I currently have an FRGS grant to do research on hepatitis B virus infection with regards to their occult infection and viral mutations. I hope I will be able to pursue further to help lab diagnosis and possible vaccine research. I also am interested in meta-analysis using R programming which I am currently working on.
