BIOGRAPHYI am a Senior Lecturer and Consultant surgeon in Breast and Endocrine surgery and General surgery. I am also active in breast cancer and thyroid research.
BestARi is the Breast Awareness and Research Unit based in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia is a Unit that I and a few other lecturers namely AP Dr Juhara Haron, Dr Wan Zainira Wan Zain and Dr Tengku Ahmad Damitri rebrand in 2017 to be a one stop center for breast related problems.
RESEARCH INTERESTSI do breast and endocrine surgery.
We have Sentinel node biopsy services with dual method for node negative breast cancer.
For endocrine surgery I do a lot of parathyroid and thyroid surgeries..
