BIOGRAPHYHere at Universiti Sains Malaysia, I am specializing in plant ecology, forest resilience, and biodiversity conservation. With a Ph.D. from the University of London, my research spans forest succession, rattan biodiversity, and invasive species. I integrate fieldwork, remote sensing, and ecological modeling to support conservation efforts. Passionate about mentoring, I aim to bridge research with real-world sustainability solution.
RESEARCH INTERESTSI am interested in plant population dynamics, where germination-establishment-death-migration-immigration are among the key components. To me seeds are one of the important currencies in these complex interactions.
