BIOGRAPHY
AP Dr. Nur Asyilla Che Jalil is a medical lecturer and senior pathologist with a special interest in Renal Pathology. She is the Quality Manager for MS ISO15189 and Head of the Renal Unit for Histopathology Laboratory HUSM. She has been appointed as Coordinator for Phase 1, Master of Pathology (Anatomic Pathology), representing USM for the Conjoint Board Exam. She also serves as an examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate programs
RESEARCH INTERESTS
She has a great interest in Renal Pathology. In 2022, she was trained at Hospital Kuala Lumpur for Renal Pathology. She is now actively involved in the Renal Pathology Virtual Mentorship Programme under Dr Ireen Razini (HTAR) and Dr Helmut G. Rennke (Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School) and completed her Kidney Pathology Certificate Programme in December 2023. Her other research interests include Female and GIT Pathology.
