BIOGRAPHYMy research focuses on the effects of nutritional products/supplements as well as different types of exercise training on physiological parameters, immune responses, antioxidant status, bone health, and quality of life. I primarily conduct randomized controlled trials involving various populations, including athletes, recreational athletes, general population, individuals who are obese or overweight, smokers, and several clinical groups.
