BIOGRAPHYMy position is a senior lecturer of the Exercise and Sports Science Programme in School of Health Sciences, USM.
RESEARCH INTERESTSMy research interest is promoting physical activity participation through the application of knowledge and practice in psychology. In this field, I focus on testing the theoretical framework related to sports/exercise psychology. My interest also involves the application of various sports science approaches to investigate the impact on human psychology, as well as studying how human psychology influences sports/exercise behaviours.
