Her research focuses on the effectiveness of affordable housing systems, socio-economic factors, sustainable development, and urban impact, published in international journals and conference presentations.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Norazmawati is interested in affordable housing development, the effectiveness of social systems, and urban socio-economic factors. Current topics include house price analysis, competitive housing laws, and support for private sector housing development for low-income groups, aiming to shape sustainable and effective housing policies in Malaysia.
