BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Asrulnizam Bin Abd Manaf (SM’ 18) is professor and director at Collaborative Microelectronic Design Excellence Center (CEDEC), Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is a leader of the CMOS based sensing interface integrated circuitry, microfluidic based-MEMS/NEMS and printable-based devices technology group at CEDEC. He received Ph.D in Engineering from School of Fundamental Science and Technology, Keio University Japan in 2009.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
IC design (FINFET CMOS/GaN), Lab on a chip (Microfluidic/Digital Microfluidic), AI edge devices- System on Chip (ASIC SoC), Semiconductor Devices-Heteregenous integration (Chiplet and Redistribution layer design (RDL)), and Strechtable/printable electronics
