BIOGRAPHY
Mohd Anas Ahmad is the Chief Research Officer at INOR, USM. With almost 4 years of industry experience, Anas has honed his project management and product development skills. Anas is a qualified MOCVD trainer and has published 51 joint papers in Scopus/ISI-indexed journals. He is actively involved in 30 national and international research grants, including the Malaysian government-funded "GaN on GaN" project with RM 75 million in funding.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Material growth using Metal Organics Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) system, characterization, and fabrication of optoelectronic and electronic devices based on III-nitrides and other semiconductor materials.
