BIOGRAPHY
I am a social anthropologist and currently an associate professor at the Anthropology and Sociology Section, School of Social Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. My recent research has focused on the development of a model of Malay hospitality within the Malaysian Homestay Experience Program (MHEP). I am also exploring digital tourism by working collaboratively with homestay operators and organizations throughout Malaysia.
