His current research interests include simulation, design, fabrication and characterization of micro and nano semiconductor devices for Power, 5G and Green Energy applications. RESEARCH INTERESTS 1. Gallium Nitride High Electron Mobility Transistor (GaN based HEMT) devices and MMIC circuits for power devices technology. 2. III-V High Electron Mobility Transistor (InP based pHEMT) devices and MMIC circuits for high frequency and 5G technology. 3. Field Effect Transistor (FET) technology for Flexible Thin Film Transistor for wearable applications. 4. RF IC Design.
