RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on the ecology and biology of freshwater zooplankton, particularly on how physical and biological processes together define zooplankton biogeography, structuring of zooplankton communities and zooplankton population abundance. Another main branch of my research focuses on the ecological role of zooplankton as grazers of algae.
