BIOGRAPHY

Dr Mohd Anuar Arshad currently holding a position of Senior Lecturer since Dec of 2008 in Organizational Behaviour Section at School of Mangement, USM, Penang. Among the subjects taught by him are Business Communication, Introduction to Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, Compensation Management, Industrial Relation, Business Ethics, Corporate Communication, Organizational Development and Human Resources Development

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Having interest with community projects. Knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing with the community gives me high level of satisfaction. Besides that doing consultation and project management with the public and private organizations will always be my interest as well in order to share my knowledge and expertise. Through this activities it will increase my understanding and hands on skill with my area of expertise.
