BIOGRAPHY
Commencing my academic journey at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2013, I have since dedicated my expertise as a lecturer within the Bioprocess Technology Division. My foundation in chemical engineering guides my current pursuits, which primarily encompass the enzymatic transformation in bioprocessing, particularly the intricate role of lipases, sustainable cultivation, and extraction of lipids from microalgae.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Using solid waste materials in immobilization of enzyme gave high efficiency and recyclability for the biocatalyst. It also promotes SDG 12 and the bioprocessing approach using enzymatic reaction is considered safe to the environment. In addition, exploring the world of microalgae and its lipid gave a lot of discovery, where every species is unique and versatile.
