BIOGRAPHY

Associate Professor Dr. Khairul Anuar Shariff is an expert in bioceramics, focusing on bioglass and calcium phosphate for bone regeneration. He has developed ceramic coatings to enhance implant osteoconductivity and utilizes material simulation to ensure bone-remodeling effectiveness. He also was appointed as a Visiting Associate Professor at Osaka University, he supports SDG 3 (Health and Well-Being), advancing sustainable medical technology.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Khairul specializes in bioceramics, focusing on calcium phosphate and bioglass for bone regeneration. His research explores ceramic coatings to enhance implant durability and material simulations for predictive bone remodeling process. He also investigates bone remodeling and bioactive materials for medical applications. His work aligns with SDG 3, promoting sustainable healthcare innovations.
