BIOGRAPHY
Senior Lecturer at the School of Dental Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang. Research Focus: Biomaterials, polymer chemistry and coatings—among other areas like click chemistry, controlled radical polymerization, nanocomposite coatings, UV/electron-beam curing, hydrogel monomers, and biodegradable materials like rice-husk composites. Publications & Impact: About 63 publications, over 1,000 citations.

(2) Polymer synthesis & polymer chemistry,
(3) Click chemistry & controlled radical polymerisation (e.g., RAFT).
(4) Nanocomposite & advanced coatings technology.
(5) Radiation-curing technologies (UV and electron beam).

(7) Angstrom-scale materials engineering.
