Izzal Asnira Zolkepli, a recipient of Malaysia's Research Star Award in 2018, specializes in integrated marketing communication with a focus on digital communication technology. Her research advances understanding of consumer engagement and technology, emphasizing social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI). RESEARCH INTERESTS
Izzal Asnira Zolkepli’s research interests center on digital marketing communication, technology-driven consumer behavior, and communication technology adoption. She investigates consumer engagement, technology acceptance, and the integration of emerging tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and social media.
