BIOGRAPHY

I'm a Senior Lecturer as School of Dental Sciences teaching Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology. I'm currently the chairman of Malaysian Chinese Muslim Association (MACMA) Kelantan branch. I'm active in several other non-governmental organizations (NGOs), particularly the ones which assist the disabled and underprivileged. Apart from NGOs, I'm also with the Malaysian Civil Defense Force as an Associate Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

My expertise is craniofacial imaging and visualization, 3D reconstruction and analysis of craniofacial deformity, 3D image processing of oral and craniofacial structures, application of open-source software for 3D reconstruction, CAD/CAM, forensic facial approximation, and rapid prototyping of maxillofacial prosthesis. I have great interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning in craniofacial biology.
