Ts. Dr. Teoh Kok Ban, a Professional Technologist, Registered Counselor, and academic, advances human development and organizational well-being through research, counseling, and professional training. With expertise in organizational behavior, higher education, and applied social sciences, he applies statistical analysis and evidence-based methods to address burnout, resilience, and mental health across academic and industry settings.
