BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Krishnamoorthy Ramalingam is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Aerospace Engineering at Universiti Sains Malaysia. His research integrates machine learning, renewable fuels, and advanced electronics packaging, focusing on sustainable energy systems and intelligent semiconductor reliability. He has accumulated over 10 years of combined experience in teaching, research, and industry, including a Postdoctoral Fellowship at USM.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
His research interests include machine learning applications in Gas Turbine, Internal combustion engines, advanced semiconductor packaging reliability, biomass based fuels and renewable energy systems. He has published over 40 research articles in high impact journals. Dr. Krishnamoorthy serves as Academic Editor for PLOS One and contributes to editorial boards in sustainability and energy research.
