BIOGRAPHY
I am an expert in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), and 3D Advanced Packaging in the microelectronics industry. With over 15 years of research experience, I have secured competitive research grants and published extensively. My work focuses on simulation-driven solutions in thermal-fluid systems, assistive technologies, and sustainable engineering.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on CFD, FSI, and thermal management in Electronic Packaging, with particular emphasis on solder joint reliability and void prediction. I also explore solar energy systems, nanoscale heat transfer using molecular dynamics, and the application of machine learning in packaging simulations—addressing complex engineering challenges with strong industrial relevance and innovation impact.
