BIOGRAPHY

I am a medical physics lecturer at Dept of Radiology, School of Medical Sciences, USM Health Campus. I'm responsible for teaching various topics e.g., fundamentals of physics, physical principles of medical imaging, etc. I obtained my degrees, i.e. B. App. Sc. (Medical Physics), M. Sc. (Medical Physics) and Ph. D. (Medical Physics) from USM. Specifically, my PhD thesis was on quantitative analysis of brain white matter using diffusion tensor MRI.

INTERESTS

At present, I am interested in research related to: 1) Diffusion Tensor MRI, 2) Advanced MRI techniques, and 3) Medical image analysis & quantification. Besides, I also performed research related to other medical imaging modalities such as ultrasound, CT scan, an others.
