BIOGRAPHY
Degree and Master’s in Food Technology – Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). PhD in Food Technology – Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Lecturer in Food Technology – School of Industrial Technology, USM (since 2016). Research focused on lipid-based nanomaterials. Teaching courses: Food Chemistry, Physical Properties of Food, Primary Product Technology, and Food Ingredients
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Research interests: Food hydrocolloids, food nanotechnology, and functional food. Current research: Encapsulation and nanoemulsion of functional lipids, plant- and marine-based functional ingredients, functional food.
