As academic and professional expertise focuses on building surveying, facilities management, building maintenance, and asset management. Sr Nuzaihan has extensive experience in both industry and academia, beginning her career as an Assistant Building Surveyor before transitioning into higher education. She is actively involved in professional bodies and currently serves on the council of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
